Douglas Cox brings more than 27 years of experience to helping organizations improve in the areas of people and processes. He has a rich background as a skilled survey methodologist, specializing in employee engagement and customer satisfaction measurement. Doug has also served for more than 20 years as a principle member of quality and productivity divisions in the public sector, focusing on continuous process improvement and utilizing a broad array of quality tools and techniques.
He is trained in the Six Sigma process improvement methodology and is an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Association for Public Opinion Research, the Southern Association for Public Opinion Research, the American Society for Quality, the Lean Enterprise Institute, and the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce.
Doug holds a B.S. degree from Elon University and a B.A degree from East Carolina University, as well as a Master of Public Administration degree from North Carolina State University. Doug resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his wife Lisa.
